Use case: “I am looking for a property” real estate portal that lists properties from various real estate agencies.
User experience: the visitor searches for an apartment on the “I look for property” portal and finds one he is interested in. He opens the card and decides to contact the real estate agency by clicking on the Call button.
Results: the real estate agent receives the call and a voice informs him that, thanks to the “I am looking for property” portal, a call is coming in for the ad just consulted by the visitor.
In this way, the “I look for immovable” portal strengthens its identity and provides concrete and measurable proof of the performance of its service. In addition, the real estate agent is already aware of the property in which the visitor is interested, and thus improves the visitor’s user experience by being ready and aware of the interlocutor’s interests. All data relating to the call (duration, outcome, origin, etc.) are saved and can be consulted in the statistics panel.
During the demo, we also present other features such as the request for evaluation of the service at the end of the call and the use of artificial intelligence in case of non-response from the real estate agency: a bot asks questions to the interlocutor to obtain useful information for contact him again and do not miss the opportunity.
