Use case: vertical portal “Eat wherever you want” which lists a list of restaurants.
User experience: The visitor searches for the restaurant with the most positive reviews near him. He opens the card and decides to contact the “Da Paolino” restaurant by clicking on the Call button.
Results: the restaurateur receives the call and, before being put in contact with his potential customer, a voice reminds him that he receives the call (and therefore the lead) thanks to the “Eat where you want” portal.
In this way, the “Eat where you want” portal strengthens its identity and provides concrete and measurable proof of the performance of its service. All data relating to the call (duration, outcome, origin, etc.) are saved and can be consulted in the statistics panel.
During this demo, we also present other features such as the service evaluation request at the end of the call and the use of artificial intelligence in case of non-response by the car parts dealer: a bot asks questions to the interlocutor in order to obtain useful information to contact him again and do not miss the opportunity.
